Vina as an Orion Animal Woman
From the episode “The Cage”, Vina is accompanied by a blank ‘Star Trek’ base, and orange accessories: a torch and a fountain. Playmates released a handful of figures from this “unaired” episode, including Captain Pike, Spock, and a Talosian. Vina is not actually a green woman, but a scarred human whose physical form is idealized and maintained by the mental powers of the Talosians; this alien power would come into play in the episode “The Menagerie”, and the fate of Captain Pike.
