The Hunter of Tosk
This Tosk hunter appeared in one of the first episode of Deep Space Nine, unsurprisingly, hunting the Tosk. He includes dark silver accessories (weapons and a helmet), and a wormhole base. He was on the second ship that came through the wormhole.
This guy, with no name and from a totally unnamed race, was played by Gerrit Graham, who also played a Q (on Voyager), and Dr. Pankow on Parker Lewis Can’t Lose.
