From the episode “The Cage”, this Talosian keeper is accompanied by a blank ‘Star Trek’ base, and dark blue accessories, including a nourishment vial, and a viewscreen featuring Captain Pike. Originally, the Talosians were going to be crab people, but that proved too expensive to produce.
