Captain Picard in Duty Uniform
Captain Jean-Luc Picard had more Playmates action figures than any other characters, and this third series version is only subtly different because of his shirt and coloration. His ‘Duty Uniform’ has three sculpted pips and one painted pip, and he comes with a few light blue accessories.
